On June 18 and 19, 2026, Les Lumières 2026 brought together nearly 300 participants from 13 countries in Florence, all united by a common goal: to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and advance practices in implantology.
An event centered on sharing, innovation, and hands-on practice
After placing the concept “Minimally Invasive is a Mindset” at the heart of this event, Les Lumières offered two days designed to explore the entire implant workflow—from planning to maintenance, including surgery, tissue management, and digital approaches.
Two days to learn, exchange ideas, and put theory into practice
The first day was devoted to masterclasses, featuring a decidedly hands-on and immersive approach. Participants were able to delve deeper into various key topics in implantology through sessions combining theoretical knowledge, demonstrations, and direct discussions with experts.
From the digital workflow to full-mouth rehabilitation, and from soft and hard tissue management to peri-implant complications, each masterclass aimed to go beyond theory: to provide concrete knowledge that could be directly applied to daily practice in the dental office.
This approach allowed participants to leave with new insights, but above all with protocols, methods, and strategies applicable to their own practice.
A second day dedicated to sharing a 360° perspective
The second day featured a series of lectures, with a scientific program led by experts from diverse backgrounds and practice areas: digital planning, tissue management, guided surgery, biomaterials, prosthetics, occlusion, complex cases, digital innovations, and complication management. The presentations allowed participants to examine the implant workflow from various angles and compare different approaches.
This diversity of profiles and experiences was one of the major strengths of this edition. It fostered rich exchanges, allowing everyone to deepen their own clinical thinking and discover new ways of approaching the situations they encounter on a daily basis.
13 Nationalities United by a Shared Ambition
Beyond the scientific program, Les Lumières 2026 was, above all, a gathering. With nearly 300 participants representing 13 nationalities, the event created a truly international space for practitioners to share ideas.
This international dimension fully reflects the ambition of Les Lumières: to create an event where knowledge flows, where experiences are exchanged, and where everyone can leave enriched by the perspectives of others.
