Pilot Guided Surgery G20

Used in conjunction with standard surgical kits, the Pilot-Guided Surgery Kit is compatible with all our implants: In-Kone® ST (UNIVERSAL & PRIMO profiles), In-Kone® NR, In-Kone® WD, twinKon®, twinKon® 4, EVL® S, and EVL® K. 

It includes: 

• 6 pilot drills Ø 2 mm with built-in stoppers, working lengths: 17.3, 19, 20.5, 22, 23.5, and 25.5 mm 

• 3 fixation pins 

• 1 drill for pin placement 

• An ergonomic and elegant surgical kit box 

Sleeves for the surgical guide—designed for pilot drilling or pin placement—must be ordered separately from Global D. 

…thanks to the availability of planning software and the ability to 3D print guides either in the lab or directly at the dental office. 

Global D implant libraries are available in most major implant planning software solutions on the market:

Once the initial axis and drilling depth from the planning are achieved, the surgical guide is removed from the mouth. The subsequent drilling steps and implant placement are performed freehand. 

The reamer design of our ULTIMATE drills is particularly well-suited to maintaining the integrity of the initial pilot osteotomies.
