Les Lumières 2026 reaches a milestone by moving to Florence, the cradle of art and the Renaissance. An inspiring setting, in line with the ambition of this edition: to shake up conventions, rethink approaches, and shed new light on the implant workflow.
A theme that redefines practice
This year’s theme: Minimally Invasive is a Mindset: Rethinking the Entire Implant Workflow.
Minimally invasive is not just a technique; it is a way of thinking, analyzing, planning, and treating.
In 2026, Les Lumières invites practitioners to revisit each stage of implant treatment:
- from initial diagnosis to digital planning,
- from hard and soft tissue management to occlusal approaches,
- from guided surgery to complete rehabilitation,
- through to maintenance… and even complication management.
All with a focus on predictability, precision, and tissue respect.
Two days to explore implantology from every angle
Day 1 — Masterclasses: total immersion
The first day of the congress will be dedicated to five exclusive masterclasses, designed to offer a complete clinical immersion.
Each session covers an essential aspect of the implant workflow:
- Full digital & complete rehabilitation: a step-by-step clinical case
- Soft tissue management for aesthetics and stability
- Hard tissues & minimally invasive techniques
- Peri-implant complications and advanced strategies
- Digital workflow, occlusion & integrated planning
Sessions designed to learn directly from experts in the field, refine protocols, and put approaches into practice that can be applied in the dental practice.
Day 2 — Conference Day: a 360° view of the workflow
The second day will offer an insight into minimally invasive implant workflows, punctuated by presentations from international specialists who are shaping the future of implantology.
On the agenda:
- digital planning and reasoned diagnosis,
- conservative tissue management,
- guided surgery,
- biomaterials,
- prosthetics and functional occlusion,
- complex cases & digital innovations,
- maintenance and complication management.
