In-Kone® WD Bases & pre-milled

Global D titanium bases are available for direct-to-implant use with In-Kone® WD implants, as well as for straight and angled conical abutments.

Global D titanium bases are designed to enable the fabrication of custom implant-supported abutments, bars, and bridges in zirconia under optimal mechanical strength conditions. The combination of a titanium base with a zirconia superstructure is particularly recommended as it helps absorb mechanical stresses transmitted to the zirconia framework.

These bases can also be used by the laboratory for conventional or digital prosthetic manufacturing and later cemented to the base.

Single bases can be adjusted in height by 1 to 2 mm, especially during CAD design (with the possibility to achieve a 3 mm coronal height on screen). One base diameter is available: 5.5 mm, the preferred diameter for posterior regions.

Multiple bases are available for straight and angled conical abutments.

All our titanium bases are included in CAD software libraries.

Pre-milled are designed to enable laboratories (with the appropriate equipment) to manufacture customized abutments.

Machining from titanium blocks is an effective alternative for implantology professionals seeking a local CAD/CAM solution that ensures ultra-precise assembly at the implant-prosthesis interface.

Designed and manufactured by Global D, these pre-milled guarantee the integrity of our connections. They are compatible with the patented S3DEL* system and allow laboratories (with suitable equipment) to produce custom titanium abutments with the assurance of industrial machining precision.

Global D titanium pre-milled are available for In-Kone®, EVL®, and twinKon® implants.

To preserve connection integrity, do not heat the pre-milled in an oven.
