Customized prosthesis for In‑Kone® WD implants

Designed for single posterior restorations, the In‑Kone® WD platform is accompanied by an enriched prosthetic range: titanium bases, temporary bases, and pre-milled for digital workflows.

A digital approach designed to support continuity between the emergence profile prepared in the mouth, the CAD/CAM design in the laboratory, and the final restoration.

Global D titanium bases and pre-milled allow practitioners and laboratories to work in a conventional or digital workflow, depending on indications, available equipment, and validated protocols.

The new WD range strengthens the consistency between the clinical and laboratory phases: the diameters and emergence profiles of the new bases are designed to match the healing screws, with more periodontal heights available.

In‑Kone® WD titanium bases

Global D titanium bases are intended for the creation of customized restorations by cementing a prosthetic superstructure onto the base.

They can be used within a conventional or digital workflow, provided that Global D indications and protocols are followed.

A solution adapted to posterior sectors

The WD platform was developed to meet the needs of single posterior restorations.

In this logic, WD bases offer an emergence diameter adapted to posterior sectors, seeking consistency between the clinical situation and the prosthetic design.

New generation of WD bases

The new range of WD bases aims to simplify prosthetic choice and facilitate communication between the practice and the laboratory.

2 base diameters are available: 5 and 6.5 mm.

It provides:

  • base diameters consistent with healing screws; emergence profiles similar to those prepared in the mouth; more periodontal heights;
  • a more intuitive selection logic: same diameter, same periodontal height between the healing screw and the base.

From prosthetic contour to tissue architecture: In‑Kone® WD supports a biologically guided approach to the emergence profile.

In‑Kone® WD temporary bases

The new In‑Kone® WD temporary bases complete the range to support single trans-screwed temporary restorations and custom healing screws.

These bases are recommended during osseointegration, gingival healing or soft-tissue preparation phases for the final prosthesis, in accordance with Global D indications and recommendations.

In‑Kone® WD Pre-milled

Pre-milled allow the laboratory to produce customized titanium abutments, provided they have compatible equipment and follow machining protocols.

A range expanded to market holders

The new generation of In‑Kone® WD pre-milled highlights the openness toward holders more commonly found in laboratories.
